1. What kind of chocolate do your wrappers fit over? Our wrappers fit over a 1.55 oz Hersheys Chocolate Bar or Nestles Crunch Bar (regular size candy bar). Also, they can work around any other bar that has similar dimensions, for example the new Mazing bar. .
2. Is the chocolate included with the wrappers? You can purchase your personalized wrapper wrapped around a chocolate bar (complete order) or you can save money by purchasing and wrapping your own candy (selfwrap). The choice is yours. 
3. Can I purchase the wrappers only? Yes. This is a great option that will save you money on the order and shipping. The only additional supplies you will need to wrap the candy bars are a glue stick and of course the candy bars. It is fast and easy. We include wrapping instructions with every wrap your own order. All of our wrappers can be purchased as wrappers only. See our wrapper-only prices.
4. What type of paper do you use? Our products are professionally printed on glossy commercial grade papers that could not be duplicated on home printers. We will be happy to add in the personalized information of your choice.
5. What methods of payment do you accept? We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Check & Money Orders.We can do billing for approved corporate orders. 
6. What method of shipping will be used to mail my order? We ship all orders using UPS. There are four shipping options available. 1. UPS ground - Good option for wrappers only or chocolate during cold weather. 2. UPS 3 day select - Great option for wrappers only or chocolate during cold weather. 3. UPS 2nd day air - Good option for chocolate during WARM weather. 4. UPS next day air - Good option for chocolate during HOT weather. Rates vary depending on zone and order. If it is warm or hot in the area where the chocolate is being shipped, we recommend ordering just the wrappers or we will add a cooler bag and reusable gel ice pack(s) to your order for an additional $5.00 for the first 100 candy bars, than an additional $2.00 for every 100 afterward..
7. How do I place an order? You can order easily by clicking on the image for each product.  Also, you can print out an order form and mail in your order.
8. How long does it take to receive my order? Typically your order will be mailed out within two week from the time we receive your order.  Allow for shipping time.
9. If I order wrappers-only, how do I wrap them? With all completed Selfwrap orders, we provide easy to follow wrapping instructions. All you need is some time, the candy bars, and a glue stick.
10. Do you guarantee your prodcuts? Yes, we offer a 15 day satisfaction guarantee on all products that have not been personalized as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. We do not offer any refunds on products that have been personalized unless there has been a mistake made that is our fault. Please call for a return number 856-889-3816.
11. What if I do not want to give my credit card over the internet? Rest assured that ordering through our website is safe a secure, but if you still feel uncomfortable that is fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose check as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we will ship your order. You can also place your entire order over the phone or through the mail. print out an order form
12. How do I prepare and send a photo? If you would like to include a photo or specific graphic on the wrapper, you can upload your photo(s)/graphic(s) to us. Please make sure they are 300 dpi or more and a .jpg or .gif file. We recommend uploading your photo(s)/graphic(s) because it will allow us to process your order faster.  After you have placed your order click Here and fill out the form to submit your photo.  Submit your photo as soon as possible after placing your order because otherwise it will cause a delay in the completion of your wrapper.
    You may also send your photo(s)/graphic(s) by standard mail. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed. We will return your photo(s)/graphic(s) with your order. We will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or late mail. Please send a copy of your confirmation form, or your name, address, phone, and order number so that we may match your photo(s)/graphic(s) with your order. Mail photo(s) to:

    Please be aware that we can not use copyright protected photographs unless they are accompanied by a letter from the photographer or studio giving ChocoWrappers permission to use the photo for your wrapper.
13. Do you charge sales tax? Yes, New Jersey residents (only) will be charged 7% sales tax.
14. Will the candy bars melt during shipping? We have a reusable cooler bag and reusable gel ice pack(s) shipping option for an additional $5.00 charge for the first 100 candy bars, than an additional $2.00 for every 100 afterward.  We add this option if the receiving area has warm or hot weather. This will help prevent melting, but to ensure a safe arrival please be home to accept the order. If the package sits in the sun all day, no amount of ice will keep the candy bars from melting. We recommend you select UPS 2nd day air or UPS next day air to further prevent melting. We are not responsible for melted candy bars. If this really concerns you because of hot weather, we suggest you order just the wrappers and wrap the candy bars yourself.
15. How do you make the wrappers?  What happens to the chocolate? What we do: We take a Hersheys milk chocolate candy bar with the new flow wrapper design that is crimped on the ends and personalize it to meet any occasion. The Hersheys wrapper is unchanged and not opened in any way during the personalization process.
16. Can you make custom wrappers? Yes, we can create any thing you can imagine. There is NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for this custom service. We will work with you through email or over the phone to make your idea come to life. Just tell us what you want - color, font, pictures, logos, and etc... and we will design the wrapper for you at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
